Holle Organic Nursing Tea can be used towards the end of pregnancy and/or throughout breastfeeding. Helps naturally stimulate the production of breast milk. It is recommended to drink 3-6 cups a day. Contains aniseed, fennel, caraway and lemon balm, which all come from certified organic agriculture.
